  1. Do you allow pets?

    Absolutely! The park is always full of people walking and playing with their dogs, so the neighborhood is very pet-friendly. We have two Yorkies and three cats, so we know how important it is to have your pet with you.

    All we ask is that your pet be well behaved, not interfere with our neighbors, and you must agree to reimburse us for any damage.

  2. Can I reserve the condo for less than a month?

    We will consider all reservation requests, but cannot promise that we will be able to fulfill your request. Just send us your reservation details and we can go from there.

    The building has many full-time residents who know each other well, and we would like to be able to share our home without disrupting our small community.

  3. What counts as a ‘month’?

    30 days is considered a month, regardless of whether your reservation begins on the 1st of a month. It’s no problem if you want to reserve from November 22nd to December 28th, or March 13th to April 12th.

  4. Can I reserve the condo for more than a month?

    Of course! We would be delighted for you to enjoy our lovely condo for as long as you’d like, and will consider a reduced rate for stays over a month.

    There are no restrictions other than our 30-day policy, so feel free to stay for 32 days, 68 days, or any other length of time!

  5. What kind of parking is available?

    A gated subterranean garage beneath the building has room for one car. Additional vehicles will need to park on the street, which is typically not a problem.

    Parking along Sixth Avenue is free, though there is a 2-hour limit on the near side. There is no time limit when parking on the opposite side of Sixth Avenue, next to the park.

    If parking is an issue, don’t worry! Our condo overlooks the park, making it easy to spot empty spaces from the balcony!

  6. Is a maid or cleaning service provided?

    A cleaning service can be arranged for an additional charge, but is not included in the base rental rate.

  7. Do you provide tours or additional services?

    We are happy to help arrange tours, dinner reservations, theatre tickets, or just provide some local advice. We’ve lived in San Diego for over 25 years, and are a great source of information.

  8. I have some special requests — can you help?

    Our goal is to provide the best short term rental experience you have ever had. If there are any special requests you might have, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you during your stay!
